RETURNS Dresses/Skirts

Custom-made clothing cannot be returned (§ 312g para. 2 BGB – contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated). Every garment – ​​whether custom-made or in a standard size – is made specifically for one customer.

Variations in design or decorative elements, including their number and minor color differences, do not constitute a defect. For example, a dress in size 116 may have more decorative elements on the bodice than a similar dress in size 74. We ensure that each dress remains visually appealing in its respective size and does not appear cluttered or understated with too many or too few decorative elements. Since larger sizes often require more decorative elements and fabric, this is reflected in the price.
