Shipping policy
1. Shipping & Delivery
Free shipping within Germany for orders over €50.
Delivery within Germany: 2–3 business days.
For fabrics, hair accessories, and ready-to-ship clothing: Items are ready for shipment within 3 business days of ordering.
For custom-made clothing: Items are shipped immediately after completion.
2. Right of Withdrawal & Return Costs
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you receive the goods.
Returned items must not show any signs of use or wear. Original packaging, labels, and any included accessories (e.g., garment bag, hanger) must be intact.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Custom-made clothing: Please note that custom-made items are excluded from returns in accordance with § 312g(2) BGB.
If you discover a defect in your purchase or while using the item, please contact us immediately.
3. Prices & VAT
All prices are net prices in accordance with § 19 UStG (small business regulation).
Invoices do not include VAT.

Orders over €50 – free shipping
Online tracking and insured shipping included
Sample shipping – €8.90
Fabric samples are sent via Deutsche Post and do not include online tracking.
The cost of fabric samples can be credited toward a dress or fabric order if the total order value reaches €50.
International Shipping (EU countries)
DHL Parcel Shipping – €16
Online tracking and insured shipping included
Shipping to other countries is available upon request only
