The skirt lengths correspond to the lower knee length for each age group if you order the skirt in a standard size.

PRODUCTION TIME

The production time for our garments is two weeks. However, during peak wedding season or before Christmas, production time may be longer. Therefore, we recommend ordering your garments well in advance. The current production time is always displayed before you click the "Add to Cart" button.

FABRIC SAMPLES

Colors may appear differently on your screen (phone, tablet, or computer) depending on the device. If you want to be 100% sure, we offer the option of requesting a fabric sample (cost including shipping: €8.90 for 4 to 8 samples).

Fabric samples are non-returnable. However, the cost of the fabric samples can be credited towards the purchase of a garment or fabric order, provided the total value of the goods reaches 70 euros.

Custom-made clothing cannot be returned (§ 312g para. 2 BGB – contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated). Every garment – ​​whether custom-made or in a standard size – is made specifically for one customer.

Variations in design or decorative elements, including their number and minor color differences, do not constitute a defect. For example, a dress in size 116 may have more decorative elements on the bodice than a similar dress in size 74. We ensure that each dress remains visually appealing in its respective size and does not appear cluttered or understated with too many or too few decorative elements. Since larger sizes often require more decorative elements and fabric, this is reflected in the price.

1. Shipping & Delivery

Free shipping within Germany for orders over €50.

Delivery within Germany takes 2 to 3 working days.

For fabrics, hair accessories and in-stock clothing: The goods will be ready for dispatch no later than 3 working days after ordering.

For custom-made clothing: Shipping takes place immediately after completion.

2. Right of withdrawal & return shipping costs

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you received the goods.

The goods must show no signs of use or wear and tear, and the original packaging and labels as well as any included accessories (e.g. garment bag, clothes hanger) must be intact!

Unfortunately, we cannot cover the costs of a return.

Return of custom-made clothing: Custom-made clothing is excluded from return in accordance with § 312g para. 2 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

3. Prices & Sales Tax

The prices quoted are net prices in accordance with § 19 of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG). The invoice amount does not include VAT.
